Don Mills: Canada's most modern integrated community, 1954
Broadside.
Toronto Public Library, TRL.

Its designers combined four residential neighbourhoods (with curving streets and cul-de-sacs, houses and apartments), a shopping centre and two industrial zones. Its corporate success set a pattern for future, large land assemblies.
